When you schedule service I will meet or come on-site for the computer or media. Next I will perform a data recovery diagnostic, from there I can let you know what causes the failure along with time frame and cost to recover the data. Your data loss will receive one-on-one attention from an expert data recovery professional.
The Recovery Process includes the following steps:

1. Evaluate Your Hard Drive. A diagnostic will be performed on your hard drive or media. This includes details of the failure, cost to recovery the data, with an estimated completion time. If you decide to proceed, we can move to the next step. If you decline, your hard drive or media will be returned and you are obligated to nothing past the data recovery diagnostic charge.
2. Start the Recovery Process. Saratoga Data Recovery or our partners will perform a physical or logical recovery process to restore your files using specialized technology, hardware, and software to provide the best possible outcome.
3. Completion of the Recovery. I will verify success on your files while taking precautions to protect your privacy, and I will inform you of the completion.
4. Return of your Data. I will return your data either by digital download, external hard drive, DVD or flash drive.
